Availability to additional locations may change without notice.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

- Package weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

- Carrier information
- Shipment status details
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Play Modo is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately.
- Keep all packaging materials.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of product damage
- Photos of packaging
We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
Delayed Deliveries
Delivery delays may occur due to:

- High shipping volume
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
Such delays are outside our control.
International Shipping
At this time, Play Modo primarily serves customers within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.
